Our Caregivers

"Integrity, dedication, compassion, caring, kind, knowledgeable"

ElderCaring has a simple approach to senior care: select only the best caregivers to include in our registry and emphasize quality care (hence our name!).

ElderCaring functions solely as a referral source and will use its best efforts to refer caregivers to clients who seek a nurse’s aide or companion for one-on-one care giving assistance for the elderly in the home, hospital, nursing home, or other facility.

Caregivers who are selected for our registry are licensed as:

  • Home Health Aides (HHA)
  • Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
  • Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNA)

Registered caregivers are self-employed independent contractors who are bonded, insured for professional liability and background-checked.

All registered caregivers have experience working with seniors who are disabled. They have assisted seniors who have heart disease, strokes, arthritis, diabetes, cancer, Parkinson’s, hip fractures, Alzheimer’s and other memory loss disorders.

Caregivers who are selected for our registry must:

  • Be licensed, bonded, and insured.
  • Have his/her own car.
  • Be fluent in English
  • Have strong professional references.
  • Be compassionate and caring.

We will always remain a small company so we can give personalized care to our clients.
